We meet Matthew Grogono, who lives on the lake in a boat house that he built himself. Matthew and his wife Lyne show us around their home, offer their hospitality and share stories about experiences that have shaped their Yellowknife identity. After that, we set up the couch outside in front of their porch, on a warmer sunny -16 day. Matthew streches his legs a little before sharing his testimony about what Canada means to him. Following the interview, Matthew gives us a short tour of his glass shop business. He’s kind enough to shows us the step by step process on how they make glasses from recycled materials.
